ON PERSISTANCE...

"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do; not that the nature of the thing itself is changed, but that our power to do is increased."

This is one of my favorite quotes. THanks for reminding me of it. Something else I learned recently:
"Action comes before motivation."

Isn't THAT the truth Rachel...I never feel motivated until i MOVE from the old comfort zone. Like going to Curves today...didn't want to go...but in the car on the way there suddenly I felt this adrenaline burst of excitement to be doing something good for my body.

Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen! I went to curves today too and I agree, its hard to get out the door but I'm always so glad I went. I love that quote too and yours too Rachel.

I don't go to Curves Britten (not knocking it, just wasnt for me). I do pilates and run. Or just walk a couples blocks north of my house. That's gotta burn some 10,000 calories alone. I swear we live on the steepest hill in all creation. Seriously though.
