Here's a picture of my hydrangeas that are finally blooming after 3 years. They are white, but are still in the green stage. I just love them! It's very exciting to me that they are finally blooming. Haven't a clue what made them grow this year. Posted by Hello

beautiful!! I have some blue ones in my backyard that are just barely getting leaves. I am afraid that Jared may have pruned them the wrong way (I don't know what the right way is, really)and we won't get blooms this year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Meanwhile, the azealas here are breathtaking!

Rachel...send me pictures of the azaleas!!! Please! My sister in law Nancy lives in New Orleans and she always talks about the azaleas. I would love to see them.
Hopefully your blue hydrangea will be all healed from the ravages of Jared by next summer...hahaha. It's not his fault. How are we supposed to know how to prune everything? How far are you from New Orleans? and...how about Thibidoux (i probably didn't spell that right)....anyway...more pics please. As you can tell, I'm very much a picture person.

Kim,
we are about five hours from New Orleans and I think tibido (phonetic spelling) is down there somewhere maybe? Jared has a cute picture of Lily with azealas for backdrop on his blog. I think it is potcherboy.blogspot.com. I'll post some of my own when I get a chance.
